It was International Women’s Day earlier in the week and whilst this blog post is a little late to the party, we are fully committed to acknowledging and celebrating the creativity, efforts, achievements and all-round goodness of women everywhere, but in particular those we work with.

As female entrepreneurs Cheryl and I have worked hard to realize our dreams. We both balance a number of roles and responsibilities – professionally and personally – so we know how challenging it can be. Hell, some days it feels like all we can do is hold on tight and see where we end up (see image)!

Kudos to all the women out there who are balancing roles, hustling hard and working towards making their dreams come true - it’s never as easy at it looks from the outside.

I once read a quote about women climbing the ladder to reach new heights but always keeping one hand free to help another woman reach a higher rung. Happy International Women’s Day and let’s try to help and celebrate each other the other 364 days of the year!
