Who’d have thought I’d get excited about tea towels?  I mean, seriously?  But I confess, I did, as soon as I laid eyes on the quirky and colourful tea towels designed by Angela of Aqua Door Designs.

Neon pink paddock animals, bright pink and yellow floral designs and bold blue fish are, it turns out, my jam. 

Brisbane-based textile designer Angela creates handmade homewares and her amazing range of tea towels feature her original drawings or paintings. Each tea towel is screen printed by hand using non-toxic inks on 100% linen in Angela’s studio, making each one a unique work of art in itself.
